GAIL SHORT TESTIMONIALS
“Highly Knowledgeable”
Gail was our real estate agent, and in short order found us our dream house in New Paltz and facilitated its purchase. If you are looking to buy in Ulster County, as a lifelong resident Gail is the go-to expert. Plus, she's efficient, responsive, highly knowledgeable and overall just a great person to deal with. I also have to commend her for showing us only homes that fit our requirements--so many agents will show you whatever comes on the market in the hope that you will compromise. Gail won't waste your time. Four stars, A+ service. She almost makes me want to buy another house :-)Hillary Cloos and Jeff Feinsod

“Dedicated and Trustworthy”
I am so pleased to have the opportunity to recommend Gail Short as both a buyer’s or seller’s agent. I have known Gail for many years personally and professionally. Gail worked with me for over 6 years and she was without question one of the best employees I have seen. Her customer service and sales skills are superior and her loyalty is without question.
I have had multiple real estate dealings with Gail. She is one of the most dedicated, trustworthy and hardworking agents I ever had the pleasure to work with. She is exceptional at her job, but more importantly she is a lovely person. I truly believe once you work with Gail she will be your “broker for life”.

“Professional and Objective”
I would like to take a moment to praise your listing agent, Gail Short. We had never sold a home before and, in fact, had lived in the same home for 22 years. Gail offered professional and objective advice regarding ways to improve our home, ways to brighten and lighten it and how to attract a qualified buyer, advice that is sometimes hard to give to a homeowner deeply rooted in their home. When it came to negotiating with our buyers, Gail offered great negotiating suggestions and possibilities for counter offers I would not have otherwise thought of. The whole process went more smoothly than I ever imagined and I lend much of that credit to Gail. I thank Gail for selling our house in a mere 73 days! Karen Hoover

“Good listener and negotiator”
Gail Short has all the attributes of a great realtor………smart, personable, a good listener and a good negotiator. But she also makes riding around in a car to look at houses fun and enjoyable!

“Patience and Perseverance”
I'm from the area and own a home but I knew I wanted a change. I couldn't decide what would be best...a condo, a single family, an income producing multi family and especially difficult - what town or area. To make a very long story short, Gail has worked with me for over 2 years to find the new home I wanted and helped to sell my old home as well. Gail showed incredible patience and perseverance in my pursuit of a new house and sale of my old house and I so appreciated that she was always looking out for my interests. She has certainly gone above and beyond what I thought was the role of a realtor. Mary

“Help and Guidance”
I must take a moment to thank you for all of your help and guidance during the entire process of looking for, finding, negotiating and purchasing the house. I am very pleased with the result of all your hard work.
Buying a new home is never an easy thing to do, but making such a decision, by myself, when a recent widow, would have been completely daunting without your patience and expertise.
You listened to me, heard my requirements and found houses that met my needs. When you showed me properties, you were forthright and comprehensive in your evaluations of the pros and cons of each one. You were patient with my nit-picking and indecision. You urged, but did not nag. You have been a rock during the negotiations.
Should I ever need to buy or sell in this area again, I will definitely call on you. I am happy to recommend your services to anyone I know or to be a satisfied customer reference for you. Thanks again for all your help. Marge Ferguson
